This policy explains how Pro + Solutions DBA Pro+ Systems ("Pro+ Systems", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and services, including our SMS event update program.

Information we collect

• Contact information you give us, such as your name, venue, email address and mobile phone number.
• Event information you submit, such as event names, dates, times, performers, ticket prices and flyers.
• Messages you send to our SMS number, such as YES, EDIT, STOP or HELP replies.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records when you visit the site, such as IP address and browser type.

How we use information

• To process the events you submit and prepare draft event listings for your review.
• To send you text messages about the events you submit, if you have opted in.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To keep our services secure and working properly.

SMS and mobile information

We send text messages only to venue managers who have opted in, and only about events they or their venue submitted. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run our services, and they process information only on our behalf: Twilio (text messaging), Airtable (event records), Eventbrite (event listings on your venue's account), Anthropic (reading event details you submit) and Railway (hosting). We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep event records and contact details for as long as we work with your venue, or as needed to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to stop text messages. Reply HELP for help.
• Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
