These terms apply to the website and services of Pro + Solutions DBA Pro+ Systems ("Pro+ Systems", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to them.

Our services

We help nightlife venues turn event details into draft event listings and promotion. Draft listings are created on the venue's own ticketing account and are not published until the venue publishes them. The venue is responsible for reviewing each draft before it goes live.

SMS event update program

• Program: Pro+ Systems Event Updates. Texts confirm event details you submit, ask you to approve (YES) or change (EDIT) a draft listing, and tell you when a draft is ready or needs attention.
• Opt-in: You join on our SMS sign-up form by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies with the number of events you submit.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have opted out.
• Help: Reply HELP, or email mazesofthemind@gmail.com.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.

Your responsibilities

You agree to submit accurate event information that you have the right to share, including flyers and performer names, and not to use our services for anything unlawful.

Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Eventbrite and Twilio. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost ticket sales, or for errors in a listing that the venue published without correcting.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or stop providing the services. The effective date above shows when these terms last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.
